Keng Seng Choo was born in 1945 in Alor Setar, Kedah where he now lives with his wife. Their home houses a personal collection of his artworks spanning a career of over 40 years.

Keng Seng Choo graduated in 1965 from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. His works have won acclaim and many awards including a Silver Medal at the New York International Art Show in 1970. Many of his paintings are in public and institutional collection in Malaysia and overseas.
