Ernesto Pujazon

Ernesto Carlos Pujazon-Patron ( b.1966, Lima, Peru ) paints flawlessly combining the surprising skills of an artisan, anthropologist and architect in his artwork. Ernesto often chooses
his themes and subjects from Asian aestheticism, cosmology and mythology and imbues them with trained linear drawings of the human form and the unmistakable colors of his Spanish-Andean heritage.
After graduating with double degrees in History and Fine Arts from his native Peru, Ernesto received a scholarship from the Chinese Government to study art and language at Nanjing before completing an MA in International Contemporary Art & Design from the University of East London, United Kingdom in 2007.
His works have been shown internationally since 1990 including in Peru, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and in the city of Gdansk in Poland. Ernesto lives in Puchong with his Malaysian-born wife and son.
